Growth conditions on pretreated corn stover (CS) material: The solid content of the pretreated CS was 40% (wt/wt), and the culture lasted for 3 days in the static incubator. Culture conditions on potato-dextrose-agar (PDA) plates: 25°C for 4 days in the static incubator.
