Temperature profile of the saccharification of [C 2 mim][OAc]-pretreated switchgrass with T. aurantiacus / T. terrestris culture supernatants and Cellic CTec2. Enzyme loading was set at 0.06 g enzyme/g glucan and biomass loading was 2% [C2mim][OAc]-pretreated switchgrass. Three replicates were performed and the error bars represent standard deviation from the mean.
