  1. * For each time point, three biological replicates of butanol-treated samples were compared with three biological replicates of control, generating 9 ratios. For each ratio, ratio > 1.5 was assigned as “ + 1”, ratio< − 1.5 as “-1”, and −1.5 < ratio < 1.5 as “0”. The sums of the nine ratios for each metabolite at any time point were provided.
