Fermentation performance of the three new hybrid strains in glucose and D-xylose mixture in comparison to that of GS1.11-26. The fermentations were performed in YP medium containing 37 g/L glucose and 37 g/L D-xylose, with an initial biomass of 1.3 g/L.
