Effect of plasmid DNA amount on total number of transformants and electrotransformation efficiency of C. pasteurianum. Total number of thiamphenicol-resistant transformants (light shading) and electrotransformation efficiency (dark shading) were quantified. Pulse duration was unaffected between samples.
