Plates were coated with a suspension of whole bacterial cells carrying Scaf · AT in cwa2 (OD₆₀₀ = 0.1) or increasing concentrations of the pure recombinant Scaf · AT (0.01 to 500 nM). The graph shows the OD₄₅₀ of each concentration for the calibration curve in black, and the white circle in the insert represents the concentration of Scaf · AT in the cwa2 carrying strain.
