The expression array dataset on T. reesei cultures induced with Avicel cellulose, pretreated wheat, pretreated spruce or sophorose (described in [8]) were clustered using Mfuzz. AV, Avicel cellulose; CO, control cultivation; SO, sophorose; SP, spruce; WH, wheat straw.
