The vector contained a temperature-sensitive replicon from B. subtilis (194-Ori), Kanamycin-resistant gene (Kan), and the homologous arm A and B for homologous recombination. (B) Recombinant vector of pHYbud C for expression of bud C in B. licheniformis. The vector contained bud C expression cassette including P43 promoter, the bud C gene and the α-amylase gene (amy L) transcription terminator of B. licheniformis WX-02.
