Expression profile of CsHMAs. RT-PCR analyses were performed using RNAs isolated from various tissues in normal condition (A) or from roots and leaves 0, 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours after μM Cd, 350 μM Pb, 350 μM Zn, and 50 μM Co treatment (B).
