Ternary plot and statistical analysis of the predictive model for hydrolysis of PCS glucan. Analysis of the predictive model for PCS glucan hydrolysis was based on the data in Table 4. In the plot, Xyl10A has been fixed at a proportion of 0.05. The mixture of cellulolytic enzymes giving the highest predicted yield was Cel7A:Cel6A:Cel5A:Xyl10A (53:25:17:5).
