Parameters were measured on a dark-adapted cell suspension of wild-type (WT), TAM-2, and TAM-4, at seven days of photoautotrophic growth in BG-11 medium in low light conditions (70 μmol photons m-2 s-1, 25°C). O2 evolution/consumption were measured with a Clark-type oxygen electrode. Data are expressed as mean ± SD (n >4). Significantly different values (ANOVA, P <0.05) with respect to the WT, within the same row, are marked with different letters.
