There was an overall significant difference in the concentration of glucose, xylose, lignin, and ASR (acid soluble residue, ash, protein) F(3,12) = 150.87, P < 0.0001, F(3,12) = 340.36, P < 0.0001, F(3,12) = 28.65, P < 0.0002, F(3,12) = 100.54, P < 0.0001.
