  1. PDCzm and slr1192 titrations were performed in an in vitro system containing 10 mM pyruvates, 0.2 mM NADPH, 10 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mM TPP, 0.05 μM PDCzm or slr1192. NADPH, pyruvate, TPP, Mg2+ and acetaldehyde titrations were performed in an optimized system containing 10 mg/l PDCzm-slr1192 with a concentration ratio of 4:6
