Relative contribution of dominant transcripts within various GH families under different growth conditions. Only families with overall transcriptional level under all growth conditions above 1 % that of a suite of glycolytic genes (pyruvate kinase, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase, and fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase) were studied. Within these, genes were selected that represented 10 % or more of the overall moralized FPKM under any growth condition. “Others” denotes all additional transcripts that never exceeded >10 % of overall moralized FPKM under any growth condition
