Release of reducing sugars from pretreated lignocellulosic biomass by S. commune enzymes and commercial enzymes. The hydrolysis reactions were performed at 37 °C for 24 h incubation with 2 % (w/v) biomass loading. Enzyme loading was set at 20 mg protein/g glucan.
