[14]. For easier viewing, the amplitude image of the corresponding position is shown. The yellow scale bar shows 10 nm. b The highest point on a cellulose crystallite was found by moving the section profile along the crystallite, and the vertical height difference between the highest point and the amorphous material (indicated by the arrow) surrounding the crystallite was calculated (∆h_max)
