Affinity pulldown of CclEXL1 with cellulosic and hemicellulosic substrates. Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), wheat straw (WS), phosphoric acid-swollen cellulose (PASC), and beechwood xylan were incubated with 10 µg of expansin for 1 h at 4 °C.
