Hydrolysis of microcrystalline cellulose by two cellulases and CclEXL1. Degradation of Avicel was performed by exoglucanase GH48 and endoglucanase GH9 (0.5 µM each) with (blue curve) or without (red curve) the addition of CclEXL1 (0.5 µM).
