CAZymes annotation in the secretomes of A. nidulans grown on xylan and sugarcane bagasse. CAZymes were annotated by an HMM-based database (dbCAN). a Proteins were grouped in CAZy and Non-CAZy, and the CAZymes were grouped according to enzyme classes in carbohydrate esterases-CEs (b), auxiliary activities-AAs (c), polysaccharide lyases-PLs (d) and glycoside hydrolases-GHs (e).
