Time course of glucose yields (g/kg) from pretreated straw and husk at small pilot scale (the glucose reached a concentration of 9 % w/v) n = 5. Saccharification was conducted at 20 % (w/v) substrate concentration, using 1 kg DW equivalent of steam exploded rice straw/husk (pH 5.0).
