  1. In series 1 through 10, the temperature was sampled at a frequency of 1 Hz. In series 11–12 a total of 18 samples were measured at times ranging from 315 to 390 min. In series 13–14, four different initial pHs were tested and approximately 11 samples, obtained at different times, were measured. In this case \(T_b\) is defined as the oil bath temperature.
