Cellulolytic activity of cellulosomes from ∆pyrF and ∆pyrF::CaBglA. After 24-h hydrolysis assay at 55 °C with Avicel as the substrate, the degradation activity of cellulosomes was determined by quantifying the produced reducing sugar by DNS method and cellobiose and glucose by HPLC.
