Shading is stronger for higher fold changes for all cases. Transcripts were considered significantly differentially expressed when fold change was at least two (p ≤ 0.05). The prediction was done with two algorithms, SignalP 4.1 (black circles signify proteins with recognised signal peptide), and WoLF PSORT (blue circles signify proteins predicted to be secreted)
