  1. Metabolites were analyzed as trimethylsilyl derivatives by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Data are the average (avg) and standard error of the mean (sem) of six OXPdDUF231A plants (three plants from each of two independent transgenic lines) and three K-147 control plants. Unknown and partially identified metabolites are designated by retention time, key mass-to-charge (m/z) ratios, and identified moieties. #DIV/0! represents an integration area divided by zero (absence)
