Carbon assimilation: dark green; OPP pathway: light green; gluconeogenesis, sucrose, and glycogen biosynthesis pathways: green; glycolysis: pink; anaplerotic reactions: gold; TCA cycle: red; nitrogen assimilation: dark cyan; and fatty acid, fatty alkanes, and membrane lipid biosynthesis pathways: blue.
