Northern blot analysis of Sye_sRNA1 and Sye_sRNA3 in S. elongatus UTEX 2973. Cells were initially grown at 33 °C with a light intensity of 150 µmol photons m⁻² s⁻¹ (CT) in the presence of 3% CO₂ and were shifted to high-light conditions (HL, 700 µmol photons/m²/s) and dark conditions (DK, 0 µmol photons/m²/s).
