Hydrolysis of 0.5% (w/v) soluble wheat arabinoxylan using Xyn11A and Xyn10B analysed by HPAEC-PAD. The experiments were performed overnight (20 h) at 60 °C with 5 mg/L Xyn10B or Xyn11A.
