Relative yields of Glc4 XG oligosaccharides liberated from xyloglucan at increasing concentrations of β-galactosidase Bga2B. Reactions were carried out with 1% (w/v) substrate in a reaction volume of 1.2 ml at pH 6.4 and 60 °C. A constant amount (480 mU) of Cel9D was used in all reactions. The yield of the reaction without the addition of β-galactosidase Bga2B was set to 100%
