Synergistic hydrolysis of pretreated corn stover by XynA and Celluclast 1.5 L. The reaction was carried out at pH 6.0 and 65 °C. The initial biomass was 20 mg/mL; the enzyme load was 0.5 FPU for Celluclast 1.5 L and 2 or 4 BXU for XynA. Celluclast 1.5 L (0.5 FPU) or XynA (4 UBirWX) alone in the same condition was used as controls. Bars denote the standard deviations for three independent experiments
