Effects of shaking on Avicel cellulose conversions at high solid loading and low enzyme loading. Cellulose conversions are reported after 5, 11, and 17 days of enzymatic hydrolysis of Avicel cellulose at 15% glucan loading using 5 mg cellulase protein (Accellerase® 1500) per g glucan and supplemented with 5 mg Tween 20 per g glucan in shaken and unshaken flasks at 50 mL reaction volume in 125 mL Erlenmeyer flasks.
