The molar amounts of scaffoldins were calculated per fraction by summing the iBAQ intensities obtained from multiplying the normalized intensities of type II cohesin-bearing scaffoldins by the number of cohesins on expressed multi-valent scaffoldins. The molar amounts of dockerins were calculated per fraction by summing the normalized intensities of expressed type II dockerin-bearing enzymes
