CD spectra of Xyn10B derivatives. The CD spectra for Xyn10B derivatives were performed on a JASCO J-810 spectrometer with protein concentration of 0.2 mg/mL in NaH₂PO₄ buffer (20 mM, pH 7.5). The CD spectra were measured at room temperature over a range of 190–260 nm using a quartz cuvette of 1 mm path length, with a bandwidth of 1 nm and a scanning speed of 100 nm/min. The measurements were conducted in triplicates, the data was corrected and analyzed by subtracting the buffer blank spectrum
