Red edges represent significant positive relationships, and blue edges represent significant negative relationships (p < 0.05, Spearman test). The microbes in closed-circuit (d), open-circuit (e) and non-electrode groups (f) spiked with antibiotics are further filtered by excluding the ones with the lower abundance than the corresponding non-antibiotic control. The size of each node is proportional to the abundance of the corresponding micro-organism
