Influence of Xyr1 overexpression on xylanolytic activity. The wild-type-like strain Δtmus53, the Xyr1-deficient strain Xyr1′(81), the Xyr1-overexpression strain TX(WT), and the fusion TF bearing strains TXY(1) and TXZ(0b) were cultivated on the indicated carbon sources and samples were taken after 72 h.
