Long-term H2 photoproduction using a CBB-cycle substrate limitation protocol in C. reinhardtii CC-4533 and the flv 208 mutant. H2 photoproduction was induced by a 4-h dark anaerobic induction phase followed with constant 320 µmol photons m−2 s−1 illumination.
