Phylogenetic tree constructed based on the comparison of 16S rDNA sequences showing the relationships among Enterobacter aerogenes LU2 and the other 50 strains belonging to the genera Raoultella, Enterobacter, Lelliottia, Kluyvera, Citrobacter, Yokenella, Klebsiella, Escherichia, Pantoea, Leclercia and Serratia. The tree was constructed using the maximum parsimony method. Bootstrap values (expressed as percentages of 1000 replications) are given at the nodes. The sequence accession numbers used for the phylogenetic analysis are given before the species name
