KCN11 is required for CV pulsation during N starvation. a The level of KCN11 is elevated upon N starvation. Cells expressing KCN11-HA were transferred from N-replete (time 0) to N-depleted medium followed by immunoblotting. CrCDPK3 was used as a loading control. b Faster CV pulsation occurs in N-depleted medium.
