Viability analysis of thermotolerant yeast LBGA-01 compared to industrial (CAT-01) and haploid (Sc-9721) strains under different concentrations of 1G and 2G ethanol production stressors. The test lasted 8 h at 30 °C and 180 rpm, an aliquot of the culture medium was collected every 2 h and the absorbance was measured at OD600. The experiments were carried out in triplicate
