Physiological aspects of LBGA-01 strain in bioreactor fermentation under highly stressful conditions using sugarcane molasses as carbon source. The CO2 profiles were normalized by the wet biomass. Cell viability was evaluated over four cycles. Biomass increase was calculated between two consecutive cycles for LBGA-01 at 34 °C and 40 °C. Glycerol production (% w.v−1) was evaluated at 34 °C and 40 °C, and ethanol yield is presented as a percentage of theoretical maximum (%)
