Gene Ontology (GO) revealed specific enrichment of potential cellulases in the D263 and ascomycete genomes. Potential lignocellulolytic enzymes in the assembled D263 genome and that of Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger were annotated by GO analysis (GO depth ≥ 6). Numbers within the bars indicate genes belong to the specific GO terms. Asterisk indicate GO terms specifically enriched in D263
