Values listed correspond to the timepoints at which maximum ethanol titers were observed (Fig. 3 and Additional file 1: Figure S2). The percent theoretical yields are used to estimate the extent of cellulose conversion in the eSSF tests (see Eq. (3) in “Methods”)
