HPAEC-PAD analysis and structures of the hydrolysis products released from xylo-oligosaccharides and arabino-oligosaccharides. Standard reactions were performed in 10 µL reactions by incubating 0.1 µg of each enzyme with 2.5 mg mL⁻¹ AOS or XOS at optimal temperature and pH for 12 h. The hydrolysis products were diluted 1:50 for HPAEC-PAD analysis.
