Ferm 1: strain DM08 (MG1655 background with acetate genes knockout), exponential feeding; Ferm 2: strain DM08, exponential feeding, additional antibiotics (30 mg chloramphenicol and 100 mg carbenicillin) were added at 31 h, Ferm 3: strain DM10 (MG1655 background with acetate and lactate genes knockout), exponential feeding, additional antibiotics (30 mg chloramphenicol and 100 mg carbenicillin) were added at 31 h; Ferm 4: strain DM10, pulse feeding, additional antibiotics (30 mg chloramphenicol and 100 mg carbenicillin) were added at 31 h.
