Genes expressed in cells grown on a mixture of crude glycerol (CG) and hemicellulose hydrolysate (CGHH) were compared to cells grown in CG as only carbon source: a 10 h versus 10 h b 10 versus 30 h and c 36 h versus 60 h, respectively. Red arrows indicate upregulated genes (adjusted p value < 0.05) in CGHH, while blue arrows indicate downregulated genes (adjusted p value < 0.05).
