Glycome profiling of cell walls extracted from inflorescence stems at different development stages of Arabidopsis. These sequential extracts were screened using 155 mAbs against most major plant cell wall glycans. The ELISA heat map depicts signal binding strength where yellow, red, and black colours represent strong, medium, and no binding, respectively. The groups of mAbs are based on their specificity to different cell wall glycans at the right-hand side of the figure.
