Glucose released from [C 2 mim][OAc]-treated switchgrass at different enzyme loadings for culture supernatants from AFEX-SG grown T. aurantiacus and T. terrestris compared to equivalent enzyme loading from Cellic CTec2. The reactions were performed at 60°C with 2% (w/v) [C2mim][OAc]-pretreated switchgrass. Three replicates were performed and the error bars represent standard deviation from the mean.
