Areas under the curves were adjusted to represent weight loss during the hydrolysis. Enzymatic hydrolysis performed at 45°C using 0.25 g/L desalted Celluclast® in 0.1 M NaAc buffer pH 4.8. Eluent DMF/10% (v/v) EMIM Ac, flow rate 0.5 mL/min.
