Phylogenetic tree based on the multiple alignment of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GPDH) protein sequences from Phaeodactylum tricornutum with related species. The tree was constructed using the neighbor-joining method. The bootstrap percentage shown at the nodes, as the estimator of accuracy, is based on a 1,000-replicate bootstrap analysis.
