Glucose yields of pretreated wheat straw with various loadings of Thermoascus aurantiacus enzyme preparations. Glucose yields in small-scale hydrolysis experiments of pretreated wheat straw (consistency 20% DM) by enzyme preparations containing CBH I with (CBM+) or without (CBM-), after 24, 48 and 120 hours of hydrolysis, temperature 50°C.
