Seeds were germinated and grown on soil conditions containing 60 mg/kg Cd, 6,500 mg/kg Pb, 1,500 mg/kg Zn, 600 mg/kg Co for 90 days. Data represent means ± SD (n = 5). Asterisks indicate significant difference from wild-type subjected to the same treatment and each parameter at *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001 by Dunnett’s test.
